FAMILY SNOW DAY!!

Ok it stopped snowing again today and we went and had a family snow day. I didn't know that this was also Jason's first real snow day. He had a blast. The kids loved it. We went over to an open field and just tore it up. We even made some snowmen. And had a snowball fight. Hope you enjoy the pics and the show!

Mya had the best time today. It snowed most of the day but once it stopped we were right out there in it. Bradley didn't want to go so he stayed in the house. But Mya thought it was the best thing ever. She is looking forward to go out in it again tomorrow.

THE POLAR BEAR SWIM

Jason did this for me today. I wanted this Value Book that they have for sale here but they were giving it away for free if you jumped in the kiddie pool at the water park on base. So Jason signed up for me and jumped into the freezing cold water of 30 degrees and swam to the other side. He was not alone in this as you can see 2 of his friends were right there with him ready to jump in. He was not one of the first 20 out of the water to get the book but he did get a free Jacket and hat and glove set. I am very proud that he would do this for me. Now in the video I am not sure were he is because they were running at me and got me wet as well. But it is still nice to watch.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!

I was so happy that today was the first day of school. The kids could not wait to go back. We went to the bus stop this morning and it was 17 degrees outside. Yep it was cold. But we weren't out there for long. When the kids got off the bus they had so much to tell me. Bradley likes his teacher even though she is hard. He has to do oral book reports everyday. The only thing I am not happy about is the amount of homework that he brought home but that could just be because he wasn't there for the first 2 days this week. But we will see how it goes. Mya said that she also has a hard teacher but for her that could be a good thing because she wants to know everything. She also said that her and another girl have to change seats because they talk to much during class. Now there is a surprise. Mya talking not my kid! LOL She also said that she likes her teacher even though she yells a lot. But in all they had a great day at school and so did I having the house all to myself. Jason and I had a nice breakfast together and then he left and I got to work on my nap and reading. LOL I will keep you posted on how school goes.

CHOPPIN STICKS!!

It took us coming to Korea for the kids to learn how to eat with real chop sticks and not the cheating kind. No every time we sit down to dinner they want the chop sticks and not a fork. They are getting really good at it. Jason wants to get a set of Korean silverware and all the is is forks and chop sticks. I think he is nuts but it would be kind of cool to have.

FAMILY FUN

Since we have gotten the Wii we have been having a great time. I just took a few pictures for yall to see but soon I will be taking a video. It is really funny to watch them go at it. Jason and I love watching the kids play and they are really good at it.
